Shipping and Handling Rates:
Important Policies:
. All orderes are processed within 12-24 hours.
. All merchandise ships from the United States.
. Kentucky residents are responsible for 6% sales tax.
. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Street Moda is
not responsible for any import duties and/or import taxes.
. If you are a customer outside of the United States, you will be subject to
not only customs and duty fees but taxes such as GST in Australia and VAT in
the United Kingdom. Our prices do NOT include these taxes. These taxes
will be collected by the delivering freight company.
. Orders for more than (10) pairs of shoes domestically and order more then
(5) pairs internationally are considered bulk purchases and will be subject
to actual freight charges. Please contact customer service at our Support
Portal if you plan on ordering more than (10) pairs of shoes domestically or
(5) pairs internationally, so we can quote actual shipping charges. Our

. In order to receive combined shipping rate all of your items must be
included in one checkout. If all of your items purchased do not appear in
the checkout, please let customer service know so we can combined them
manually.
. NOTE: We cannot automatically combined invoices from multiple Street Moda
sites. If you purchase something from our US and/or UK and AU store, we
will have to manually refund for combined shipping rate. Please alert
customer service in this situation so we can adjust your invoice.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: DHL Global Mail does not provide tracking numbers.
If you wish to have tracking visibility, please select Fedex International
Priority Express.
DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS: All shipping methods come with tracking visibility. All
tracking numbers are sent via e-mail within 24-48 hours of payment being
received (orders are processed within 12-24 hours). If you do not receive
the tracking number, please contact customer service.
Shipping and handling rates are displayed below. All shipping rates are
based upon estimated weight of item. Lightweight shoes include shoes that
weigh under 2 LBs. If a pair of shoes features lightweight shipping rates,
you will notice the discounted shipping rates in the product description. If
